KSS Family Law congratulates founding partner Randy Kessler on his nomination to become the Secretary of the Family Law Section of the American Bar Association. He is running unopposed for the position which would become effective in August, 2008. If tradition holds, Mr. Kessler would become the Vice-Chair of the Family Law Section of the ABA in 2009, the Chair Elect in 2010 and the Chair in 2011.
